Terms

These terms cover xe33FishSnipe (the macro), its free trial and paid plans, and the xe33Hunt Discord. By getting a key or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. What you get

• xe33FishSnipe joins servers that xe33Hunt's scanners find for the biomes you pick, stays while the biome lasts, and autofishes in between. Singularity finds are shared evenly between members.
• We don't promise a number of finds, joins or catches. Finds depend on our scanners running, a biome can end before you arrive, and servers can be full.

2. Your Roblox account

• You run the macro on your own Roblox account, at your own risk. Automating gameplay may go against Roblox's Terms of Use, and Roblox can warn, restrict or ban accounts. xe33Hunt isn't responsible for anything Roblox does to your account.
• The macro never asks for your Roblox password or cookie, and nobody from xe33Hunt will.
• xe33Hunt isn't affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Sol's RNG.

3. Your key

• Your key is personal, and it runs on one PC at a time.
• Shared or resold keys are revoked, with no refund. We may also revoke a key for abuse: sharing, reselling, attacking or overloading the service, or harassing others.

4. Free trial

• 24 hours, once per Discord account and once per Roblox account (the one you link with Bloxlink). Discord accounts younger than 30 days can't start one, and only a few trials start each day.
• We can change or pause trials at any time.

5. Plans and payment

• $7 a week, $12 for two weeks, $20 a month. There are 20 spots.
• You buy through Buy a plan in #get-the-macro on our Discord, which opens a private thread with xe33Hunt. A plan starts when your payment is confirmed, runs for the time you paid for, and never renews by itself.
• Prices can change for future purchases, never for a plan you've already paid for.

6. Refunds and outages

• No refunds once a plan has started. Use the free trial to check the macro works on your PC first.
• If scanning is down for 30 minutes or more, we add the lost time to every active plan. Keys keep working until the new end.
• We don't guarantee uptime.

7. What we store

• Your Discord id and name, and the Roblox account you linked with Bloxlink.
• Your key, stored scrambled so even we can't read it back, and your plan's dates.
• For one PC per key: a random id the macro makes on your PC (nothing about the PC itself), the network your key is used from, and how often it's used.
• Downloads: when, and from which IP address. And what you write in your buying thread.
• We don't sell or share any of it. Payment details stay with the payment provider; we only see that you paid.
• Ask in #support-desk to have your data removed. Removing it also ends your key.

8. Conduct

• Follow the server rules. Don't share members-only finds or join links outside the server.
• Don't copy, decompile or resell the macro.

9. Changes

• We may change these terms. Changes are announced in #announcement and on this page. Using xe33FishSnipe after a change means you accept it.
